State of Ohio Efficiency and Continuous Improvement Initiative
Your suggestion will be listed as one of the following options:
- Received: Your suggestion has been received by the agency review team.
- In Process – Assigned to a Team: The agency review team has reviewed your suggestion and has chartered a team to further review your suggestion.
- In Process – Assigned to a Subject Matter Expert: The agency review team has reviewed your suggestion and has assigned it to a subject matter expert for investigation/implementation.
- Getting More Information: More information is needed to make a sound decision about your suggestion. After the information is gathered, the review team will take action.
- Not within the Scope of this Program: Your suggestion does not fit within the scope of this program. Suggestions should focus on process improvements and be operating/programming in nature. Structural suggestions are not in the scope of this program.
- Referred to Statewide Issues Team: Your suggestion has statewide applicability and has been referred to a team dealing with statewide issues. The statewide team will make future updates to the status of your suggestion.
- Implemented: Congratulations! Your suggestion has been implemented.
- Not Implemented: Your suggestion has not been implemented. This could be due to a number of factors, including: the suggestion is not a priority at this time, it is not an idea that has practical applicability, resources are not available at this time, etc.
